Loved how well-defined the forms of the tentacles and his arm are. Good work with textures too.

The fire torch seems way too dim for the scene. Nothing to complain about, just an observation.

Thank you. I'm glad you like the piece. As for the dim torch, I see your point. It may be the scan though. This is an old file. Perhaps I should update it.

... but beautiful. The illustration seems full of meaning and still manages to have a good composition.
Also, I really enjoy black&white and specially pen drawings with good line work. This one was very pleasing.
